We have been certified by NACVA as a certified valuation analyst (CVA) since 1998. NACVA promotes CPA's as being very well qualified to prepare business valuations because of our strong analytical, financial and tax backgrounds.

Valuations reports range from a calculation of value (approximately 2-3 pages of financial calculations only) to an opinion of value report (approximately 50 pages which includes in depth analysis on company, economy, industry and industry comparisons that will stand up in court and with the IRS).
