Joseph A. Gleba

As a new partner at Porte Brown LLC, Joe assumes several roles within the firm. Whether he is helping assimilate our newly acquired accounting firms, utilizing his knowledge of accounting software or advising his construction clients on surviving and thriving in today’s marketplace, Joe has demonstrated what it takes to become a partner.

Porte Brown’s Construction Industry Practice Group includes four (4) Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (CCIFPs). Under Joe’s leadership, the group delivers the expertise required to manage the complex tax and financial reporting issues unique to the construction and real estate industries.

A strong financial and pre-qualification rating from government agencies, financial institutions and bonding agencies is a critical component of a contractor’s ability to build business. The Porte Brown team counsels clients on a variety of issues, including how to strengthen financials to receive the best possible rating and funding.

"Our commitment to continuous improvement includes not only developing processes – but developing people, too," said Joe. "Through our CCIFPs and memberships in various construction industry trade groups, Porte Brown continues to deepen its bench strength and generate value for clients."

Professional Experience
Like many Porte Brown partners, Joe began his career as a staff accountant at the firm. Porte Brown’s entrepreneurial approach allows employees to follow their strengths, develop expertise and contribute to client success. Joe became a partner in 2009.
