Anthony C. Massaro
As the lead partner responsible for Porte Brown’s Tax Practice Group, Tony and his team of tax experts provide the insights and expertise to help clients reduce their tax liabilities.
When a change in the tax code made specific tax credits available, the Tax Practice Group contacted clients and reviewed their unique situations to determine if they qualified. As a result, Porte Brown helped eligible clients reduce their tax liability by a total of $1.5 million.
"We take a proactive approach to working with our clients," said Tony. "We have the resources to tackle any issue, yet we’re nimble enough to provide each and every client with the personal attention they need."
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Porte Brown in 1982 as a staff accountant, Tony held posts at GTE, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and other accounting firms. He became a partner in 1987.
