Easy and Secure: Uploading your documents is a breeze with no login required! However, to ensure security, a verification step will be necessary for downloading any files.
Your Very Own Checklist: Upon clicking the link, you will discover a personalized checklist of tax documents we need from you, based on last year's submissions.
Leave Comments: Each checklist item has a comments section where you can provide additional information regarding that item or your overall tax situation.
Bookmark the Link: As the year progresses, continue to use your unique link to access additional forms, invoices, IRS payment links, payment vouchers, and more, securely at any time.

You will receive an email from DocumentTeam@portebrown.com with a link in annually in January to complete a short questionnaire and upload your documents. The questionnaire and document request list replaces the need for a paper organizer.

Securely Share Business Documents: Business clients can use the platform to securely upload financial statements, payroll reports, general ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other documents directly to their Porte Brown accountant. This makes it easier to exchange information throughout the year while keeping business records organized in one convenient location.
